Unitherm 2210 pre-insulated tubing is a thermally insulated steam, gas or liquid transportation line. It contains a metal process tube surrounded by thermal insulation and covered by weather resistant, flame retardant outer jacket. Tubing, insulation and outer jacket materials are chosen to meet the customer’s specific application. These bundles are designed to maintain an average jacket temperature below 170ºF at continuous operating temperatures up to 700ºF. Bundles can be designed for applications up to 1100ºF. Tubing size and materials are limited in design for applications above 700ºF. |

Dekoron-Unitherm 2211/2213 pre-insulated steam traced tubing consists of single or multiple process tubes; a single tracer tube; thermal insulation and covered by a weather resistant, flame retardant outer jacket. These products are designed for heavy tracing of process, sampling and impulse lines to help prevent freezing, to decrease fluid viscosity, and to protect against low temperature degradation.
The bundles are designed to maintain an average jacket temperature below 160°F at continuous operating temperatures up to 700°F. Bundles can be designed for applications up to 1100°F. Tubing size and materials are limited in applications above 700ºF. |

Unitherm 2200 pre-insulated tubing is a thermally insulated steam, gas or liquid transportation line. It is comprised of a process tube; moisture resistant, non-wicking, inorganic fibrous glass thermal insulation; and weather protective black 105ºC PVC jacket. This energy efficient design provides for normal jacket surface temperatures of 140ºF (60ºC) or lower at 80ºF (26ºC) ambient conditions, while transporting 400ºF (204ºC) 232.6 PSIG saturated steam. The compact design, thermal efficiency and rugged jacket provide an insulated product with low heat loss, zero maintenance, employee protection and saves up to 50% on installation cost. Higher Temperatures designs for applications up to 1000ºF fluid temperatures are available. |
